The cost of Bonded Membership is $600.00 for the refundable Bond, 
payable over three years @ $230 per year, plus the applicable annual 
membership dues.  The one-time, non-refundable Initiation/Capital
Improvement Fee is $200 for new members.  A member is not fully bonded 
until the bond is paid in full.  Payment of the bond installment 
and the annual membership dues is payable in full with your application.
