Welcome to the Home
of the The Seven Locks Swim Team is a great way for kids to spend the summer at the pool. Team members participate in swim meets, practices and social activities such as potluck dinners, team breakfasts and trips. The team focuses on creating a positive family atmosphere where children can develop their swimming skills, build overall confidence and form lasting friendships. It’s an excellent way for kids – and their parents -- to get to know other families at the pool. We welcome all kids between the ages of 5 and 18, regardless of experience. Pick up registration forms at the pool's front desk. In 2009, Seven Locks will compete against other teams in MCSL’s Division C. We hope you will join us for a fun-filled season!

ANNOUNCEMENTS Volunteers Needed!!
We still need lots of parent
volunteers to help us run this summer's season! Volunteers are needed for
the following positions: Banquet Organizer, Trophy Organizer, Pep Rally
Coordinator, Dive Meet Food Coordinator, Friday Morning Donut Organizer, Manna
Food Drive Organizer, Seniors' Gifts, Red White & Blue Breakfast Organizer, Yo's
& Ho's Breakfast Organizer, Team Picture Organizer (date already set), Teen
Night Coordinator and chaperones, Movie Night Organizer, Six Flags Trip
Organizer. Please send an email to
swimming@sevenlocks.net if you are
able to help out with any of these projects. Sign up sheets will also be
available at the pool. Team Apparel is Here! Purchase team apparel (suits, caps, shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants) from Lois at Capitol Sport & Swim, 10558 Metropolitan Ave., Kensington, MD (301)949-7366.
